Yes. All data is acquired under 128-Bit SSL Security and only customers whose internet browsers supporting global 128-Bit encryption can use the GoodCompany system.

Payroll giving donations are processed by Latitude payroll. Each pay, payroll transfers the donations to GoodCompany who distribute the funds to the various charities on our behalf.

Credit card donations are processed utilising the eWay Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions. eWay processes online credit card transactions for companies in almost all industries in Australia. Information about eWay can be found here.

Personal information will only be used for administering this program. If you wish your donation to be anonymous, please ‘opt out’ of communications from the charity.

To approve/deny your details being shared with the charities you support, you need to;

1. Go to My Account by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner
2. Select Settings from left menu panel
3. Select Communications Settings
4. Under Charity Partners: select option to be contacted directly from the charities you support
5. Click Save
